Online Order Policies
Orders placed before 2PM on days the showroom is open, will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 2PM will ship the next business day. We are open Tuesday – Friday and Saturdays by appointment.
If you are local and would like to place your order online but then come into the store to pick-up your order. If you place your order before 2PM your order will be available that day by 3:30PM. If you place an order after 2PM we will have your order ready for pick-up by noon the next day we are open. Please use the code PICKUP when you check out. This will assure that you are not charged shipping fees and will tell us that we are not to ship your order.
All orders are inspected before shipping. In the case of damaged good or packing error, please contact us immediately so we can correct the situation.
We do not accept returns on cut yardage, books, patterns, digital products, or clearance items. We will need to locate the original order to process your return, or you will need to supply your receipt. All returns must be in original packaging and in new condition. We will not be able to accept returns that have odors (like smoke or strong perfume) due to them not being able to be restocked at our location. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. If a credit card was used for the purchase, we will credit back to that card. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. We ship only to the US and Canada, at this time.
