Online Order Policies
Orders placed before 2PM on days the showroom is open, will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 2PM will ship the next business day.   We are open Tuesday – Friday and the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month. 
If you are local and would like to place your order online, but then come into the store to pick-up your order.  If you place your order before 2PM your order will be available that day by 3:30PM.   If you place an order after 2PM we will have your order ready for pick-up by noon the next day we are open.  Please use the code PICKUP when you check out.  This will assure that you are not charged shipping fees and will tell us that we are not to ship your order. 
All orders are inspected before shipping. In the case of damaged good or packing error, please contact us immediately so we can correct the situation. 
We do not accept returns on cut yardage, books, patterns, piecing kits, block of the month programs, digital products, or clearance items.  We will need to locate the original order to process your return, or you will need to supply your receipt.  All returns must be in original packaging and in new condition.  We will not be able to accept returns that have odors (like smoke or strong perfume) due to them not being able to be restocked at our location.   Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.  If a credit card was used we will credit back to that card.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. We ship only to the US and Canada, at this time. 
Class Cancellation Policies
We host many different types of classes, please read all of the policies below to make sure you understand the policy for the type of classes you are registering to attend. 
LECTURE/DEMO LONGARM WORKSHOP & CLASSES HOSTED FOR TEACHERS THAT ARE FROM OUT OF OUR AREA
If you need to cancel please email us as soon as possible at showroom@threadwaggle.com
·     If you notify use more than 4 weeks prior to the first day of your class, we will issue you a full refund. 
·        If you notify us less than 4 weeks before the first day of your class, we will try to fill your spot as best as we can.
o    If we are able to do so, we will issue you a refund less a $50.00 class placement fee.
o   In the case that we are unable to fill your spot we can issue you a 1/2 refund in the form of a credit for a future class or workshop.
Please understand that Workshops have a limited number of spots and involve in-depth investments of time and money for both Thread Waggle Quilting and/or  the instructor.
HANDS-ON LONGARM WORKSHOP
If you need to cancel please email us as soon as possible at showroom@threadwaggle.com
·        If you notify use more than 4 weeks prior to the first day of your class, we will issue you a full refund. 
·        If you notify us less than 4 weeks before the first day of your class, we will try to fill your spot as best as we can.
o    If we are able to do so, we will issue you a refund less a $50.00 class placement fee.
o   In the case that we are unable to fill your spot we cannot offer any refund for our Hands-On Workshops. 
Please understand that Hands-On Longarm Machine Workshops have an extremely limited number of spots and involve in-depth investments of time and money for Thread Waggle Quilting and/or the instructor.
SINGLE SESSION CLASSES TAUGHT BY A TWQ INSTRUCTOR  
If you need to cancel please email us as soon as possible at showroom@threadwaggle.com
·        If it is more than 48 hours before opening time the day of your class, we will issue a full refund.
·        If it is within 48 hours of the start of your class we will issue a credit for 50% of your class fee towards the purchase of another class or workshop.
THREAD WAGGLE CANCELLATION POLICY
Some classes and workshops have a minimum number of students for the class to take place.  We will make every attempt to get the minimum number of students.  Classes that are taught by a TWQ instructor will be held no matter how many students sign up.  Classes for out of town instructors need to have enough students to cover that teachers’ minimum. 

In the case that the sign-ups fall under this number we will cancel or reschedule the class.
·        In the case of cancellation, you will be issued a full refund.
·        If you cannot take the rescheduled class you will also be issued a full refund.
·        If you are able to take the rescheduled class or workshop your original payment will be applied towards your spot. 
WAITING LIST POLICY Each of our classes and workshops has a maximum number of students for the best learning environment. When a class fills, and you would like to be added to a waiting list, please email your request, with the name and date of the class you would like to attend and your contact information to showroom@threadwaggle.com. In the case that a spot opens up we will contact each person on the wait list in the order in which we collected names. Because we often have multiple people wanting into the class and we want to fill the spaces for our instructors, we will give you 24 hours to respond to us, before we contact the next person on the list.
