Joyce's Quilts

Joyce has been busy getting her UFOs made into tops.  Which means I have been busy quilting them for her.  The first one is made up of a couple panels she found with Cowboy boots on them.  I quilting it with loops and stars
The next quilt is has an oriental print with cranes.  I was actually with Joyce when she bought this material several years ago.  It was fun being involved in completing the project.
I wanted something that was soft and swirly, so I came up with a new all over fill.  It is large, swirling, alternating C's.  I really like how elegant the quilting turned out.
The last quilt is called Ripples and is made from batiks.  This is a bright and happy quilt.
The material is the star of the this quilt, so I did a basic meander on the quilt.
Sometimes the simplest quilting is the most effective.  I really love how the meander let the pattern and material shine.
